Bot Bot designs, builds, and deploys a private AI assistant trained on your business information (hours, services, prices, tone). Packages: STARTER ($500), PRO ($1,000), ELITE ($1,500) — one-time setup fees. A working demo is built before the balance is due. There is no subscription; once final payment is received, the configured system is yours.
All fees are in US Dollars (USD). Any service outside the scope of your purchased package is billed as an add-on. We will always tell you the fee and get your approval before the work begins. Current rates:

Examples of out-of-scope work that triggers add-on fees: repairing issues caused by third-party platform changes; recovery of configurations deleted or altered by you or your staff; retraining after business changes; requests to modify the assistant beyond its agreed function.
A 50% deposit secures your build slot after demo approval; the balance is due before the system is handed over. Deposits are refundable until build work begins. Add-ons are paid via the payment links provided before each service starts.
The assistant generates responses based on its training. While we tune it for accuracy on your business information, AI can occasionally produce imperfect answers. It is a customer-service tool, not a substitute for professional advice. We fix core-function errors during setup at no charge.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales or profits.
You may cancel any time before deployment for a refund of your deposit minus hours already worked (itemized on request). The optional Care Plan can be cancelled any time and stops at the end of the paid month. The system you own continues working without any plan.
